Commentator: Platini once said that Mbappe relied too much on speed, and now the latter faces real problems

Former French Ligue 1 player and current football commentator Giovanni Castaldi talked about Mbappe's performance and expressed his disappointment with him. He recalled Michel Platini's evaluation of Mbappe a few years ago.

Giovanni Castaldi said: "This reminds me that after the 2018 World Cup, Platini once said that he was very fast, but I suggested that Mbappe should work on other aspects in the future, because if he loses his speed, he will face real problems. Now it has become a reality."

Later, Castaldi added: "I can no longer understand what kind of player he is."
