The player arrived in Milan on Sunday morning and completed a medical examination before becoming an Inter Milan player. Palacios was born in 2003. Inter Milan and Independiente Rivadavia are working hard to complete the final details of the transfer, and the two sides are still negotiating on some bonus terms.
