Gnabry: It always feels good to be back in England; last season without a trophy gave us motivation

Gnabry said: "Not winning the trophy (last season) really gave us motivation, I can say that. Of course, every failure will give you more motivation. We want to win every game. We are here to win the game. We have a great team. We are all working towards the same goal. Very hungry and very motivated."

He went on to say: "(Kompany taught me) to stay hungry. We have shown this so far. Our game is very stable. We always stick to the last minute and don't let any slack or mistakes appear in the game. Always keep control of the game. It's good for us offensive players to have a lot of opportunities to score."

Speaking of whether playing against Premier League teams in England can bring him special motivation, Gnabry said: "To be honest, no. I think the more goals I score here, the better it is for me. I hope I can score here too. But it always feels good to be back in England."
