Mayor of Madrid: Thank you Real Madrid for suspending the concert, the use of the stadium should not conflict with residents

While participating in the show, Madrid Mayor Almeida talked about the noise problem at the Real Madrid Stadium. Previously, the Bernabeu Stadium was complained about for excessive noise, which led to the suspension of concert activities.

Almeida said: "The city government is working hard to find the best solution. The Bernabeu is an indispensable infrastructure in Madrid, and the use of the stadium should not conflict with the residents' right to rest."

He thanked Real Madrid for suspending its activities and concert schedule after experiencing economic and reputational impacts. He called on all parties to act with caution and said that without noise measurements conducted by the city government, music activities would not be resumed soon.

Isabel, President of the Madrid Autonomous Region, also expressed her affirmation of Real Madrid's attitude: "Real Madrid has demonstrated a responsible attitude. All reforms and construction in Madrid are funded by their own funds. I hope they can complete the renovation as soon as possible. The Bernabeu Stadium is the pride of Madrid."
