Official: Valencia signs Atletico Madrid striker Valera for 4 years

Official news, Valencia signed Atletico Madrid striker Barrera, signed a 4-year contract.

Valencia officially announced that the club has reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid on Barrera's transfer. The 22-year-old Spanish striker signed a contract with the club until June 2028.

Barrera moved from Villarreal to Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2018. Since then, he has played for Tenerife, Real Sociedad, FC Andorra and Zaragoza on loan. So far, he has only played once for Atletico Madrid's first team.

Barrera's contract with Atletico Madrid was originally due to expire in the summer of 2026. His current transfer value is 2 million euros.
