Roma mourns Eriksson: Our hearts go out to his family and friends

Swedish coach Eriksson passed away, and the Roma club officially sent condolences.

Roma officials wrote: "Roma Club mourns the death of Sven Eriksson. From 1984 to 1987, he coached Roma and won the Italian Cup. At this sad moment, our hearts are with his family and friends."

In his 42-year coaching career, Eriksson coached Degerfors, Gothenburg, Benfica, Roma, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Lazio, England, Manchester City, Mexico National Team, Ivory Coast National Team, Leicester City, Guangzhou City, Shanghai Port, Shenzhen Team and the Philippine National Team.
